What this site is
This is the marketing site for Faramesh, the runtime governance product for AI agents. The product itself runs on your infrastructure. This site exists to tell you what Faramesh does and point you to the docs and the code.
We don’t have user accounts on this site. There’s no signup form, no contact form, no comment thread. If you reach us, it’s through GitHub, Slack, or email.
That keeps this privacy policy short. Here’s everything.
What we collect
When you visit this site, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs some basic information:
- Your IP address
- The pages you viewed
- The referring URL (where you came from)
- Your browser type and operating system
- The date and time of your visit
We use Vercel’s built-in analytics to understand which pages people read and how they navigate the site. The analytics are aggregated and anonymized.
We don’t run any other tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or behavioral profiling. We are not on Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar.
What we don’t collect
We don’t collect:
- Names, emails, or other personally identifiable information (this site has no forms)
- Account passwords (there are no accounts)
- Payment information (you can’t buy anything from this site)
- Location data beyond what’s inferable from your IP
- Behavioral profiles for advertising purposes
If you join our Slack community or open a GitHub issue, that data lives with Slack and GitHub under their own privacy policies, not ours.
Cookies
We use functional cookies only, the kind that make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing that won’t break this site.
How long we keep data
Vercel keeps server logs for a limited period and then deletes them automatically. We don’t archive logs ourselves.
Your rights
If you’re in a jurisdiction with data protection laws (EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA, and others), you have rights regarding any personal information we might hold about you, including:
- The right to know what we have
- The right to ask us to delete it
- The right to ask us to correct it
- The right to object to certain processing
Since this site collects very little, in most cases there’s nothing to access, delete, or correct. But if you want to ask, email founders@faramesh.dev and we’ll respond.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
International transfers
We’re a US-based team. If you’re visiting from outside the US, your visit data is processed on servers in the US. By using this site, you understand that.
When this policy changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on our GitHub and Slack.
